- Keep the bands dry and store them at room temperature. Excessive exposure to sunlight, heat or extreme cold temperatures can result in damage to the bands. Check bands for wear, and replace if you find any tears. Clean bands with mild soap and water and leave flat to dry.
- If your skin is sensitive to the bands, tee shirts, longer workout pants and lifting gloves can be worn. Keep bands away from sharp objects, long fingernails, long hair or jewelry. Joe D Bands ® provide variable resistance, meaning that the resistance increases through the range of motion, with the greater resistance at the top of the lift or stretch.
- CAUTION: These bands are not toys. Younger children should be supervised when using the bands. Joe D Bands® should be kept out of the reach of infants, toddlers and young children to avoid injury or strangulation. ALWAYS REMOVE JOE D BANDS® FROM THE ULTIMATE BAND PLATFORM (OR OTHER DEVICE OR FIXED STATION) WHEN NOT IN USE.
- WARNING: When using bands on a fixed running station, the run station must consist of 4 bands. When attaching bands, loop, do not tie together. DO NOT attempt to perform any type of running drill off of a fixed station with less than 4 bands. Doing so could result in serious injury to the runner, as well as cause excessive wear on the bands. Using less than 4 bands on a fixed running station VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
- Do not stretch any of the Joe D Bands® further than twice their relaxed length. Doing so could cause excessive wear on the bands or cause them to snap, which may result in serious injury.
